Im looking for a garage apt or duplex in the montrose, rice military machine or west U expanse. what is the best style to find these listings? I have searched craigslist, merely there seems to be limited number of listings. And much of them seem like a scam. Is there a meliorate site to utilize? Cheers for your help!

Best is to drive around and look for signs. Alot of those folks do not have to advertise. The apts (pocket-sized complex) I lived in only about had a waiting listing through word of oral fissure. My identify was rented less than 2 days after I informed the LL I bought a firm and was moving out.

Besides, in that location may exist a few old houses left around the outskirts of Rice Military, but for the most part Rice-Military is townhouses, not duplexes or garage apartments, wrong area for that. West U, again, not really a large market for garage apts and then much. There are more closer to the museums, and certainly in Montrose, but if you are looking for garage apartments and duplexes y'all need to focus more on Montrose, Binz area & Heights, not West U and Rice Military. What price range? There are no shortcuts for finding these things. Craigslist and HAR, great landlords are nigh it for on-line, like the other poster said, the remainder and the best are unremarkably word of oral cavity and/or a sign in the one thousand.

Skip Rice Military and focus on Montrose. I don't retrieve West U really has what you lot are looking for. I alive virtually Richmond and Mandell and at that place are tons of duplexes and garage apartments that are close to 59 due to the demand from Rice students. There are certainly some all over Montrose but I've noticed a big concentration in my cervix of the woods due to Rice Academy and St. Thomas University. Lastly, I would use har.com. Hope that helps.
